Carr, Duncan

Born in England and graduated from the University of London, Duncan Carr moved to the United States with his family in 1988. He is founder and president of Kingdom Outreach Ministries, dedicated to spreading the Gospel of the Kingdom in all the world. The Carrs, who live in Neenah, Wisconsin, have two sons born in Scotland and two daughters born in Neenah.
