After years of believing in a God of great power but failing to see Him work in answer to her prayers, author Ruth Shinness began to set aside her days to study the Scriptures and seek God for a way to break through the heavens and release his power and blessing into her life, and God revealed these scriptural strategies for effective prayer and relationship with Him.
