Blood, William Carr

William Carr Blood was born at home in East Rochester, New York. He lived outside the United States for over nine years, primarily in Germany, France, Korea and Japan. After a 20-year career as an officer in the United States Army,he held positions in transportation and international business. Bill attended North Georgia College and received his degree at the University of Maryland. He now resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife Dorothy.
